Remains of a Second Temple-period farm by the Bat Ayin access road, with a large rock-cut mikveh whose steps still show the partition between those going down and those coming up.

Old Masu'ot Yitzhak and the bunker

The forest and surviving bunker of Kibbutz Masu'ot Yitzhak, one of the four Gush Etzion communities destroyed in 1948; the rock-cut cave was an oil press and served as a shelter for the wounded.
