Efrat's restaurants are mostly in the Te'ena commercial centre (burgers, pizza, deli, sandwiches and a bagel cafe), the Zayit centre and on the promenade at the entrance to Dagan. The Gush Etzion Junction is the region's main eating area, with chain branches such as Cafe Greg, Pinati, Hummus Eliyahu and Japan Japan, pizzerias and the Roza HaMetzuda smoked-meat restaurant in the historic Etzion fortress.
