Efrat's schools are mostly state-religious. Elementary options include Aseh Chayil, Mamad Ariel in Tamar, the Torani Orot Etzion schools (a junior division and separate boys' and girls' schools for grades 4-8) and Alomim in Dagan, a meshalev school for children from religious, traditional and secular homes. For high school there are boys' yeshivot such as Orot Yehuda, Neve Shmuel and Shvut Yisrael, Or Torah Derech Avot for boys and the girls' ulpanot Neve Chana and Or Torah Oriya, with more schools in Alon Shvut, Neve Daniel and Rosh Tzurim. Registration for Efrat gans and schools is online through the Efrat Local Council's education department.
