In Efrat itself
Two small options are listed in Rimon, walking distance from shuls and the Te'ena shops: Efrat Bed and Breakfast (3 rooms, up to 5 people) and Tzimmer HaKramim (a couple plus children) (B&B (opens in a new tab), tzimmer (opens in a new tab)). For a Shabbat simcha in Efrat these are the closest listed places.
Tzimmerim around the Gush
The tourism site lists tzimmerim in Bat Ayin, Neve Daniel and Sde Boaz, Kfar Etzion, Alon Shvut, Tekoa, Ma'ale Amos, Metzad and Pnei Kedem (zimmers (opens in a new tab)). The eastern ones look out over the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea.
