Efrat has a day club for residents aged 70+ from Efrat and the Gush, and seniors' classes inside its schools, including an English-speaking class at Orot Etzion Girls. The Gush council runs a 60+ culture programme.

The Efrat and Gush Etzion seniors club (70+) meets Monday to Wednesday 08:30-13:30 with transport from Efrat and the Gush, a hot lunch, exercise, Torah classes, literature and music.

The council's seniors classes run inside schools; in 5785 the English-speaking class at Orot Etzion Girls met on Mondays 09:30-13:30 and/or Thursdays 09:30-12:30.

A seniors' Torah class for men meets at Yeshivat Bnei Akiva Orot Yehuda on Sundays, per the same council page.
